Refund policy
Returns
If the product arrives damaged in any way, please email: hello@drinkcurlys.com and we will replace any damaged product. When the product arrives, please inspect the product make sure everything with the product looks to be in good condition.
We do not accept any damage replacement requests past 3 days after receiving the product.
Please take a photo of the product damaged and describe what was wrong when the product arrived.
Please do not send the product back to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your email and photo has been received we will send you an email to notify you that we have shipped a replacement product or refunded your purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
